PRIVACY
At CTEI, publisher of the FIDWORK application, we make the protection of our customers' and users' data a priority. It is important to us that you understand how we process your Personal Data and how we fulfill our obligations under applicable data protection laws, regulations or directives (“Data Protection Laws”), in particular the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978 as amended and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) of April 27, 2016 (“GDPR”). This Privacy Policy applies to the processing we carry out on your Personal Data and describes how it is collected by FIDWORK and processed by via its Website. Definitions
“Customer” refers to a paying user of the FIDWORK application.
“Personal Data” refers to any information that directly or indirectly identifies a natural person (e.g. name, registration number, telephone number, photograph, date of birth, place of residence, etc.).
Application” refers to the FIDWORK application described on the www.fidwork.fr website.
“User” means any individual or entity using the FIDWORK application.
1. Identity of the data controller
This Privacy Policy describes the processing activities carried out on your Personal Data by :

We act as a Data Controller, which means that we have defined the uses and conditions under which your Personal Data is processed. We will only use your Personal Data in a fair, lawful and transparent manner and in compliance with data protection legislation.

2. Personal data collected by FIDwork
In the context of using the FIDWORK application, CTEI processes your Personal Data, which is defined as any data that directly or indirectly identifies you.
We process the following Personal Data:
Your identity (surname, first name, title, etc.),
Your contact details (e-mail address, telephone number),
Media generated with FIDwork (photos, videos, signature, etc.)
Your browsing data (IP address, connection and browsing data, order history, preferences and interests, products viewed),
The compulsory or optional nature of the Personal Data requested from you, as well as the consequences of failing to reply, are indicated at the time of data collection with an asterisk (*).
3. Why do we process your personal data?
Some of the services you use require the collection and storage of a number of automatically recognized data elements: date and time, IP address, telephone model, geolocation and operating system used (if the browser or application communicates this information), the object requested and the execution status of the request.
This data is collected by means of cookies, designed to improve our services and for statistical purposes.
We also store a certain amount of personal data that you provide voluntarily when using our contact form. The latter includes data that is mandatory to enable us to respond to your contact request (identity, email address, legal representative, etc.).
We collect the personal data you provide on the contact form. We never associate the information entered on this form with the cookies stored on your terminal.
CTEI uses and retains the personal data of users to be able to respond to requests in the best possible way and to produce statistics to make the use of the FIDWORK application more efficient.
The processing of your personal data is justified on various grounds (legal basis) depending on the use we make of it:
- The processing of your personal data is necessary for pre-contractual measures for the execution of the contract that you may enter into with CTEI to benefit from FIDWORK services.
- You have consented to the processing of your personal data for the purposes mentioned when you gave your consent and which are detailed in section 3 above. You may withdraw this consent at any time.
- Processing is in the legitimate interest of CTEI
4. How long we keep your personal data
Your personal data is kept:
For a period of 3 years from your last activity with CTEI, with regard to commercial data,
For a period of 3 years from the end of the contract (i.e. from your last contact with CTEI), in the case of data we use for customer relationship management purposes,
For 36 months from the date of collection, in the case of detailed consumption data, and then in aggregate form for the remainder of the contract period.
5. Recipients of your personal data
Your personal data may also be transmitted to third parties:
To providers of audience analysis tools and search engines and other selected third parties who help us improve and optimize our Websites and applications.
To our regulatory authorities, law enforcement or fraud prevention authorities, as well as to our advisors (including lawyers or auditors), courts, any other authorized body, for the purpose of investigating any actual or suspected criminal activity or other regulatory or legal matters, etc.
If we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply our terms of use and other contracts or to protect the rights, property or safety of CTEI/FIDWORK, our customers or others.
To our legal counsel and others in connection with legal proceedings to enforce or apply our rights under any contract.
In any event, your Personal Data will not be transferred outside the European Union.
Data collected by FIDWORK are hosted by OVH, SAS with a capital of 10 174 560 euros, whose registered office is located at 2 rue Kellermann - 59100 Roubaix - France, reachable by the following means: +33(0)9 72 10 10 07.
6. Exercising your rights
Before processing your personal data and at the latest at the time of collection of your personal data, we will inform you of the purpose of the processing relating to your personal data, the recipients of such data, the retention period applied to your personal data, as well as your rights in this context. In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and with the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés) of January 6, 1978, as amended, you have the right to access, rectify, limit and, where applicable, delete your Personal Data. You may also have the right, on legitimate grounds, to object to the processing of your Personal Data.
- You have a right of access to your data.
You have the right to request confirmation of the processing of your personal data, access to this personal data (by providing a copy) and other information on how we process your personal data.
- You have the right to ask us to rectify your data.
You have the right to ask us to rectify your Personal Data if it is inaccurate or incomplete.
- You have the right to ask us to limit the processing of your personal data. This right may be requested provided that:
1. The data we hold about you is incorrect
2. You consider that the processing applied to your data is unlawful
3. We no longer need your personal data for the above-mentioned purposes, but it is still necessary for the establishment, exercise or defense of your legal rights,
4. You wish to verify the legitimate reasons we invoke to justify one of our processing operations.
- You have a right to portability.
You have the right to obtain from us the personal data we have collected about you (in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format) in order to re-use it for your own purposes in connection with other services. This allows you to easily transfer personal data to another data controller or to ask us to do this for you.
- You have the right to object
You have the right to object to the processing of your Personal Data based on our legitimate business interests, unless we are able to demonstrate that, on balance, our legitimate interests outweigh your rights or we need to continue processing your Personal Data for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims. However, you also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes without having to give reasons for doing so.
- You have the right to withdraw your consent
You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time.

We will reply to any request received from you within one month of the date of the request. If your request is not sufficiently precise or does not contain all the information required to respond to your request, CTEI may ask you to provide additional information.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the national data protection authority. In France, this authority is the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL).
7. Data security and confidentiality
CTEI attaches great importance to the protection, security and confidentiality of the data of Users of the FIDWORK application.
To this end, CTEI implements organizational and technical security measures adapted to the degree of sensitivity of personal data to protect them against any malicious intrusion, loss, alteration or disclosure to unauthorized third parties.
As all personal data is confidential, access to it is restricted to CTEI departments or service providers acting on behalf of CTEI, who require it for the performance of their duties. Operations with a third party recipient are subject to a contract in order to ensure the protection of personal data and the respect of Users' rights.
8. Changes to the privacy policy
We will take all necessary steps to notify you of any changes to this Privacy Policy.
